The building at St. Saint George and Chatzikonstanti Zoidi Streets, property of the Ioannidis Brothers and the Municipality of Komotini - together with the surroundings of its plot - is declared a historical monument and artwork that needs special government protection, in accordance with the provisions of N 1469/50, as it is a remarkable example of Greek architectural heritage that combines elements of the folklore and urban architecture, and it is an important for the study of the history of architecture.

Ownership: Ioannidis Brothers and The Municipality of Komotini. Today houses the Thracian Museum of Education.
